Assessment fees
Full Diagnostic Dyslexia Assessment - £450
Choosing to arrange a dyslexia assessment can feel like a big step. The aim of the assessment is to provide clarity about how your child learns and practical recommendations that help them move forward with confidence. This comprehensive assessment includes:
• detailed background information from parents and school
• a 2–3 hour face-to-face assessment
• cognitive and attainment testing using standardised assessments
• analysis of strengths and areas of difficulty
• a full diagnostic report
• clear recommendations for school and home
Reports are typically provided within 3–4 weeks. 50% deposit is required upon booking to confirm the assessment.
Educational Learning Profile Assessment - £300
A shorter assessment designed to identify learning strengths and difficulties where a full diagnostic dyslexia assessment may not yet be required. Includes a brief written report with recommendations.
Optional
Expedited report (within 5 days) – £75
Dyslexia screener - £175
This is a short, initial assessment designed to indicate whether a person is showing signs commonly associated with dyslexia. It is often a helpful first step for parents who have concerns about reading, spelling, writing or processing information. A biref summary report is included.
If the screener indicates possible dyslexia and a full diagnostic assessment is carried out with 4 weeks the price of the screener will be removed from the total price. Please note, this does not guarentee a diagnosis.
